I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, but the lack of a microwave was a small inconvenience. The service was courteous and helpful, but I had a terrible time dealing with lost car keys and unhelpful shuttle information. The location was close to the CBD and convention center, perfect for business travelers, but not so ideal for tourists. The dining experience was excellent, especially the omelette station, but the added cost for breakfast was a bit pricey.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the manager Wendy and Carlie J were very attentive and professional. It was extremely quiet despite the multiple windows and the glass ceiling of the hotel. However, there was only one room with a sleeper sofa, which was a bit of a downside.

The location was fantastic! Despite being very crowded and festive, we had no trouble getting a drink while waiting for our dinner reservations. It's perfect for those who want to avoid traffic after events like games or concerts, with many great restaurants nearby and close to Minute Maid Park.
